Our handmade Amaretto truffles are pure indulgence in chocolate form—rich, smooth, and infused with the warming, nutty notes of almond liqueur. Perfect for gifting or a self-care moment, these luxurious truffles are crafted with fresh, local dairy cream and sustainably sourced chocolate, then blended with a generous splash of Amaretto to create a lusciously boozy centre that’s as elegant as it is satisfying.
Each truffle is lovingly made by our small team of chocolatiers in our rural Warwickshire workshop, where we focus on quality over quantity. We begin by making the ganache filling with fresh local dairy cream and sustainably sourced chocolate and piping this into spherical chocolate shells which are left to set before being capped with chocolate and individually hand rolled in chocolate mixed with tiny pieces of crushed caramelised hazelnuts.
We never use artificial flavourings — just real ingredients, selected for flavour and quality. These truffles are perfect for those who love authentic taste, traditional techniques, and eco-conscious packaging. Like all our chocolates, they’re presented in fully cpmpostable, plastic-free packaging, making them as kind to the planet as they are to your taste buds.
