Delivery
All of our items are hand made and many are made to your order. We are a small, hand made business and we like our chocolates to arrive fresh and delicious for you. It does, therefore, sometimes take us a couple of days to get your order out to you. For items that we have in stock we aim to ship within 24-48 hours of the order arriving with us, sometimes the same day. If we need to make and pack your order fresh for you we usually despatch within 3-5 working days from the date of your order although in some circumstances this can be quicker.

Returns
Products purchased in our online store
We understand that sometimes items aren't quite what you expect when they arrive and we like to help and support our customers to make the right choices. For non-personalised orders you can notify us at any time within 14 days of receiving your goods that you would like to cancel. The item must be returned to us by the original buyer in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of that date and a full refund (or exchange for an alternative item of like value if you prefer) will be given within 14 days thereafter.
For items that are returned to us damaged or not in their original packaging a deduction will be made from the refund for the damage caused to that item.

Wholesale & bespoke orders
As all items are made to order, unless specifically agreed otherwise, no refunds will be offered or cancellations accepted for trade orders or bespoke orders for any reason. This includes wedding/event favours, personalised customer chocolates and wholesale requests.
