Every truffle in our Champagne Collection begins with a luxuriously smooth ganache, crafted from creamy white chocolate and fresh dairy cream. A generous splash of champagne is then folded through the ganache, bringing its delicate sparkle and celebratory character to every mouthful.
Our Classic Champagne Truffles are created by piping this silky ganache into milk chocolate shells. Once set, each truffle is hand-rolled in a further layer of milk chocolate and finished with a light coating of sugar, adding a subtle crunch that complements the smooth centre.
For our Strawberry Champagne Truffles, strawberry-flavoured chocolate is blended into the champagne ganache, creating a sweet and fruity twist on the original. The ganache is piped into rich dark chocolate shells before being hand-rolled in extra dark chocolate and finished with sugar. The result is a beautifully balanced truffle, where fruity strawberry notes meet the richness of dark chocolate and the delicate sparkle of champagne.
Handcrafted in small batches, these six truffles bring together contrasting chocolates, smooth ganache centres and celebratory flavours, making them a perfect gift or indulgent treat for any special occasion.
The final stage is for the chocolates to be lovingly packaged and sent to you. Each bag will contain 3 milk Marc de Champagne truffles and 3 dark chocolate strawberry Champagne truffles.

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, CREAM, cocoa mass, BUTTER, Marc de Champagne, glucose syrup, sorbitol, invert sugar, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, colour: E120, strawberries, pectin, citric acid

Weight: each bag (containing 6 truffles- 3 Marc de Champagne truffles in milk shells and 3 strawberry Champagne truffles in dark shells) has a net weight of approximately 60 g.
Storage: All truffle products are delivered with at least a 4 week shelf life. Store at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight.
