We believe in simple, natural flavours derived from real ingredients, with no nasties added. Each chocolate shape that you order for your wedding/event will be lovingly hand crafted by our little team of chocolate fairies in rural Warwickshire.
To make your shapes we first expertly temper a large vat of our sustainably sourced smooth signature chocolate. This involves melting chocolate couverture to exactly the correct temperature that it pre-crystallises, thus ensuring that ‘melt-in-the-mouth’ smooth texture when eaten. Once tempered, the chocolate is poured into moulds. After cooling in a temperature-controlled unit, the animals, people, bricks, hearts, flowers and more... are removed from their moulds and packed in grease-proof paper for protection on their way to you!
In order for our chocolate fairies to craft your chocolates specially for you, we require at least 2 weeks notice. If you require the chocolates to be posted to you, then please allow at least 3 weeks between ordering and your event- longer at busy times (Feb-April and Oct-Dec). Please contact us if you are unsure.
Each wrapped chocolate 'tub' will come labelled on its top with a paper sticker onto which we will print a message from yourself (same message on all chocolates). The wrappers and labels may serve as a thoughtful memento of your event for your guests, long after the chocolates have been eaten.

White chocolate - suitable for those on a vegetarian diet.
Ingredients: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) Allergens: SOY, MILK.
Dark chocolate - suitable for those on a vegan, vegetarian and lactose-free diet.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring) Allergens: SOY.
All flavours may contain traces of nuts and other allergens which both ourselves and our suppliers use in other products.
Weight: each shape is a different dimension and weight. All chocolates are handmade and so exact weights may vary slightly. Net weight of chocolate per tub ~ 50 g (ten tubs ~ 500 g)
Storage: All solid chocolate shapes are delivered with a min. 3 month shelf life. Store at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight.
