We believe in simple, natural flavours derived from real ingredients, with no nasties added. Each chocolate oval that you order for your wedding/event will be lovingly hand crafted by our little team of chocolate fairies in rural Warwickshire.
To make your ovals we first expertly temper a large vat of our sustainably sourced smooth signature chocolate. This involves melting chocolate couverture to exactly the correct temperature that it pre-crystallises, thus ensuring that ‘melt-in-the-mouth’ smooth texture when eaten. Once tempered, the chocolate is poured into the oval moulds which have been pre-lined with our specialist, edible cocoa-butter imprinted decorative transfer sheets. After cooling in a temperature-controlled unit, the ovals are removed from their moulds and packed specially for you!
In order for our chocolate fairies to craft your chocolates specially for you, we require at least 2 weeks notice. If you require the chocolates to be posted to you, then please allow at least 3 weeks between ordering and your event- longer at busy times (Feb-April and Oct-Dec). Please contact us if you are unsure.
Each ballotin box is hand-tied with a ribbon to complement your colour scheme. The card tags may serve as a thoughtful memento of your event for your guests, long after the chocolates have been eaten.

All flavours may contain traces of nuts and other allergens which both ourselves and our suppliers use in other products.
Weight: each oval is ~ 10 g (net weight of twenty/fourty/eighty is ~ 200/400/800 g).
Storage: All solid chocolate shapes are delivered with a min. 3 month shelf life. Store at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight.
