The raspberry pate de fruit is a tart fruit jelly made from raspberries and hand piped in to chocolate shells. It's then layered with caramel chocolate and crunchy biscuit pieces for a textured bite to complement your evening. The whole is then capped with chocolate to seal by our team of artisan chocolatiers and hand rolled in white chocolate which beautifully complements the sharpness of the raspberry.
The chocolate is made using sustainably sourced cocoa and tastes delicious too.
