Jersey Black Butter Apple Caramels
These lightly spiced apple caramels are the perfect bite-sized chocolate. Difficult to describe but divine on the palate these soft caramel centres are a far cry from the mainstream - they have to be tasted to understand just how moreish they are. Made using a beautifully smooth butter caramel recipe blended with award winning Jersey Black Butter sourced from the La Mare Wine Estate these caramels are a unique foodie treat.
The centre is made using British sugar caramelised blended with local dairy cream and butter and then mixed through with Jersey Black Butter. This is piped, capped in chocolate then individually hand rolled in our sustainably sourced signature dark chocolate by our team of artisan chocolatiers. These are my absolute favourite of the things we make. They never quite all make it to sale (but shhh - don't tell the boss)!
Each bag of chocolate truffles contains six individually hand made truffles.
Allergens: these chocolates contain milk and soy lecithin (a naturally derived ingredient which is used as an emulsifier.
