Chilli Chocolate Bar
Our fabulous chilli chocolate bars are made by infusing locally grown chillies in to our signature rich, dark chocolate for a fresh flavour unrivalled by commercial chilli chocolate.
Our chocolate is sourced sustainably and our chillies are grown by the brilliant Cecile and Charlye in their market garden at their home in Dorridge. The seeds are planted in the house early in the year and lovingly nurtured before being moved out to the greenhouses during the fruiting season. The chillies come to us every two weeks throughout the summer season and we then dry them, infuse them in to cocoa butter and use the cocoa butter infusion to make our chilli chocolate.
This bar comes in three heat options - Cayenne chillies are the mildest option with a warmth on the back of the throat shortly after eating. Habanero chillies give a quicker medium heat kick and the red hot Carolina Reaper are not for the faint hearted!
The bar comes in 40g or 100g (boxed) bars. Both sizes are packaged in our new corn starch derived plastic free wrappers. The 100g bar is also boxed in card, to make a thoughtful gift (if you can bear to give it away!).
Allergens: This bar contains soy lecithin, a naturally derived ingredient which is used as an emulsifier. There are no dairy ingredients and the bar is therefore suitable for vegans. We do use nuts (and other allergens) in our workshop so the bar may contain tiny traces.
