Papua New Guinea single origin chocolate bar
Single origin chocolate makers source their cocoa beans from just one country bringing out all the unique, quirky and distinctive flavours characteristic of cocoa grown in that country. This makes fabulously interesting, unique and diverse chocolate with a rich variety of flavours and notes to discover and explore.
This chocolate bar hails from Papua New Guinea, a culturally diverse tropical land of rainforests and fabulous cocoa. Be an armchair explorer with this fruity, nutty flavoured milk chocolate with a distinctively smoky aftertaste. At 36% cocoa this is a chocolate not to be ignored!
The chocolate comes in either 40g or 100g sized options. The 40g bar is packaged in clear cellophane. The 100g bar is boxed.
To make these bars our little team of chocolate fairies pre-crystallise the chocolate then pour it by hand in to each bar mould. The chocolate is then set in a temperature controlled environment, removed from the mould, checked for quality and packed and labelled by our chocolate fairies. We love the great flavour from authentic, sustainably sourced, quality ingredients and this is a particularly fine example of that.
Allergens - these bars contain milk and soy lecithin, a naturally derived ingredient which is used as an emulsifier to give a great, smooth texture to the chocolate. There are no nut ingredients in the chocolate but we do use nuts (and other allergens)in our workshop so there's a small possibility that tiny traces of nuts may be present in this bar. If you'd like more information about this please contact us and I'll be happy to talk through our processes with you.
