The novelty solid chocolate Christmas shapes inside your Advent refill pack start life as deliciously smooth Belgian chocolate couverture, sustainably sourced from cocoa farmers who benefit from the Cocoa Horizons project- your count down to 25th December will not only taste good but do good too!
To make your daily treats we first expertly temper a large vat of our sustainably sourced signature chocolate. This involves melting chocolate couverture to exactly the correct temperature that it pre-crystallises, thus ensuring that ‘melt-in-the-mouth’ smooth texture when eaten. The molten chocolate poured into our special Christmas chocolate moulds; we have a wide variety of different shapes so you'll never know what you're going to have the next day!
After cooling in our special temperature controlled unit, the final stage is for the shapes to be popped out and lovingly packaged ready for sending to you.
We believe in simple, natural flavours derived from real ingredients, with no nasties added. This, along with the care and attention we give to each individual product- from sustainably sourcing ingredients and packaging, to production and boxing up to be shipped- really sets our chocolate apart from the highstreet ‘norm’.

Allergens (milk & white): MILK, SOY.
Ingredients (dark): dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring)

May contain traces of nuts, diary and other allergens which both ourselves and our suppliers use in other products.
Weight: 24 individually handmade solid chocolate shapes (net weight ~170 g). Both unwrapped and foiled come in clear bags made of Natureflex (a plant derived material which can be responsibly disposed of in household food waste or a compost collection). Foiled shapes are wrapped in aluminium foil which can be recycled. (The largest shapes are approx. 3 cm diameter and 1 cm deep.)
Storage: All solid chocolate Advent calendar refill packs are delivered with a min. 3 month shelf life. Store at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight.
