Part of our ‘celebration of British summer berries’ limited editions, our blackberry caramels are brimming with juicy blackberries, ubiquitous with countryside hedgerows around the UK from spring to autumn. Who hasn’t been on a summer rural walk and come back with black fingers, stained from picking the sweet lush fruits along the way?
A soft centre of our signature soft butter caramel made from British sugar and fresh butter combined with juicy blackberries, all encased in a milk chocolate shell. These chocolates are little decadent bites of sunshine.

We are so lucky to be located in the heart of rural Warwickshire- literally surrounded by lush green countryside and a stone's throw from the canal. One of our favourite past times is walking the canal tow path- so tranquil and always interesting to see the wild flowers, birds and animals living in the hedgerow alongside. Spring and summer walks during blackberry season are always a bonus (of course, picked from safe locations, free from agricultural spraying and road side pollution!)
These blackberry caramels are a celebration of our summer blackberry picking walks. The soft butter caramel is cooked to our signature recipe in the kitchen and then combined with juicy blackberries before being piped into milk chocolate shells. Tangy, juicy fruits, paired with a rich buttery caramel and smooth milk chocolate: a flavour revelation you're going to love.
We are proud that this is a plastic-free product. The clear, Natureflex bag in which the chocolate caramels are protected can be responsibly disposed of in household waste, where, over time, it will degrade without harm to the environment. The card tag and raffia tie can also be recycled or will decompose naturally. You can read more about our packaging here.
