While the 'Dubai bar' may have made pistachios a global phenomenon in recent years, the pistachio and cardamom flavour combination is a long-standing traditional favourite for Indian sweets and confectionary, and we can see why. Both pistachios and cardamom have slightly aromatic, fragrant notes, with cardamom bringing an additional gentle warming spice and pistachio that moreish nutty-ness to the partnership.
These pralines made by hand in our kitchens from simple, natural ingredients are ones not to miss. Be quick though as they are likely to sell out!

The filling for these more-ish pralines is made from roasted cardamom pods and pistachios ground into a smooth paste, before blending with our signature, silky milk chocolate. This smooth, nutty chocolate praline is piped while still warm into a milk chocolate shell and left to cool. Once the praline has cooled, the centres are hand-rolled in milk chocolate and drizzled with dark chocolate.
The final stage is for the chocolates to be lovingly packaged and sent to you.
We never use artificial flavourings — just real ingredients, selected for flavour and quality. These truffles are perfect for those who love authentic taste, traditional techniques, and eco-conscious packaging. Like all our chocolates, they’re presented in fully compostable, plastic-free packaging, making them as kind to the planet as they are to your taste buds.
Nutty, Suitable for those on a vegetarian diet.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, PISTACHIO, cardamom, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring
Allergens: PISTACHIO, MILK, SOY.
May contain traces of other nuts and other allergens which both ourselves and our suppliers use in other products.
Weight: each bag (containing 6 pralines) has a net weight of approximately 60 g. The clear bags are hand-tied with raffia and with a card tag.
Storage: All praline products are delivered with at least a 4 week shelf life. Store at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight.
