Which came first- the chicken or the egg? Since you can't possibly have Easter without eggs, it seems like chocolate chicks are also necessary!
To make your Easter chicks we first expertly temper a large vat of our sustainably sourced smooth signature chocolate. This involves melting chocolate couverture to exactly the correct temperature that it pre-crystallises, thus ensuring that ‘melt-in-the-mouth’ smooth texture when eaten. Once tempered, the chocolate is poured into the chocolate moulds and cooled in a temperature-controlled unit. The final stage is for the chocolates to be popped out and packaged with care.
We believe in simple, natural flavours derived from real ingredients, with no nasties added. This, along with the care and attention we give to each individual product- from sustainably sourcing ingredients and packaging, to production and boxing up to be shipped- really sets our chocolate apart from the highstreet ‘norm’.
Suitable for those on a vegetarian diet
Ingredients: milk chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring)
Allergens: MILK, SOY.
May contain traces of nuts and other allergens which both ourselves and our suppliers use in other products.
Weight: Each bag weighs ~80 g and contains two solid half chick-shaped chocolate pieces.
Storage: All solid chocolate shapes are delivered with a min. 3 month shelf life. Store at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight.
