Mince pies are one of Christmas's culinary delights! In our house they are part of so many Christmas yearly traditions- from pre-Christmas 'mince pie and glass of ..' with neighbours and friends to Christmas Eve offering for Santa and (of course) Christmas Day dinner to go along side that hearty slice of Christmas pud!
Our mince pie chocolate caramels are a delicious twist on the traditional mince pie- filled with our handmade soft butter caramel infused with mince meat and encased in a rich chocolate shell.....

"Ho Ho Ho. I Smell Mince Pies!
Let me tell you about those mince pies!
When I smell mince pies cooking
And Mrs Claus ain't looking
I'll tip toe across the kitchen floor
And slowly open the oven door..."
The soft caramel which fills these delicious chocolate caramels is cooked in our kitchen using a blend of our dairy cream and butter sourced from local cows and British sugar. While cooking, the caramel is infused with traditional fruit mincemeat. Each centre is piped while still warm into a sustainably sourced dark chocolate shell and left to cool. Once the caramel has cooled, the mince pie chocolate caramels are capped with a layer of dark chocolate to seal all the festive goodness inside!
The final stage is for the chocolates to be lovingly packaged and sent to you.
We are proud that this is a plastic-free product. The clear, Natureflex bag in which the chocolate caramels are protected can be responsibly disposed of in household waste, where, over time, it will degrade without harm to the environment. The card tag and raffia tie can also be recycled or will decompose naturally. You can read more about our packaging here.

Ingredients: cocoa mass, whole MILK powder, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, CREAM, sugar, liquid glucose, BUTTER, Mincemeat infusions (vine fruits (raisins, sultanas), sugar, apples, citrus peel (orange peel, lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid), Vegetable Suet (palm oil), acetic acid, mixed spice), non AZO colours.
Allergens: MILK, SOY.
May contain traces of nuts and other allergens which both ourselves and our suppliers use in other products.
Weight: each bag (containing 6 caramels) has a net weight of approximately 60 g. The clear bags are hand-tied with raffia and with a card tag.
Storage: All caramel products are delivered with at least a 4 week shelf life. Store at room temperature, away from direct heat or sunlight.
