Vegan Chocolate Espresso and Tia Maria Coffee Cup
A selection of hand made dark chocolate Espresso coffee truffles with an added splash of Tia Maria. These chocolates have no dairy ingredients and are therefore suitable for both vegetarians and vegans but equally delicious for dark chocolate and coffee lovers.

The truffles will come to you in a stylish ballotin card box, with each box holding eight chocolates. Each box has an approximate net weight of 90g. All truffle products are delivered with a 6 week shelf life***
The filling is made using a blend of rich, fruity dark single origin chocolate from Madagascar and a coffee infused chocolate truffle centre in to create a lovely soft, smooth texture. For an added treat we add a splash of Tia Maria!
The centre is piped while still warm into a dark chocolate 'coffee cup' shell and left to cool. Once set it is topped with dark chocolate to seal in the delicious ganache and decorated with a chocolate coffee bean.
We were originally commissioned to make some dairy-free centres for a lady who was dairy intolerant looking for a supplier of yummy, high quality chocolates that she would be able to safely eat. Our dark chocolate is naturally dairy free (although it may contain traces as both we and our suppliers use dairy ingredients in our other products) and we therefore made some dark chocolate ganache centres with it. Coffee and chocolate are a great combination and after her first order she's come back for lots more! We made a few extra as we always do (I never got the hang of 'in moderation'!) and they were so popular at our regular market stalls we've kept making them ever since!
These chocolates are a fabulous alternative with no dairy ingredients and as they use oat milk rather than cream they have a lower fat content than traditional chocolate truffles and significantly lower saturated fat. They may contain traces of nuts (and other allergens) which we use in our workshop. The chocolates also contain soy lecithin, a naturally derived ingredient which is used as an emulsifier.
We also offer a non-vegan milk chocolate Cappuccino version which is equally delicious.
