Around the World in Eight Chocolates - a sharing, tasting chocolate adventure
Sixteen individually hand made and decorated chocolate thins made using cocoa from eight different origins. Experience the flavour profiles of different chocolates from around the world from your armchair and learn a little more about the flavours of different origins using the brief tasting notes provided.
With two chocolates from each origin this is the ultimate chocolate sharing treat. (Don't tell your other half and you can try them all twice!).
Each chocolate is decorated with a unique cocoa-butter based coloured pattern for easy identification and moulded using sustainably sourced chocolate from each origin country. Try the smoky flavoured milk chocolate from Papua New Guinea where the smoky taste from fire drying of the beans comes through strongly in the finished product. What about the rich tobacco notes of dark chocolate from Cuba or the tremendously fruity (and utterly delicious) richness of cocoa from Madagascar.
Step in to a new world and discover a whole new chocolate world!
This particular product requires the tempering and moulding of eight separate chocolates. We do keep a few boxes in stock but if we run out it takes slightly longer than our other boxes to produce as each chocolate is specific to the box. Because of the unique nature of this product therefore it can sometimes take longer than our usual three day turnaround (but will always be deliciously fresh). If you need your chocolates quickly or for a specific date please add a note when ordering and we will expedite your order to get it to you as soon as possible.
Allergens: these chocolates are made using milk and soy lecithin (a naturally derived ingredient which is used to give the chocolate a really smooth, melt-in-the-mouth fell). Our workshop also uses wheat products, nut ingredients and other allergens but obviously we are extremely careful to avoid risk of cross contamination cleaning carefully when allergens have been used. If you would like more information about any of this please contact us - we're always happy to help.
